To be emotionally stable, we have to be able to deal with our emotions without changing them. Emotions are like stress in our lives. If you let them get out of control, they are destructive to everything we do.
When emotions are out of control, they are the cause of all negative things. In many cases we just need a little push to get our emotions under control.
